How Our Leads Are Generated

Our leads are generated from different internet advertising sources that includes affiliates, banner ads, email, pay per click and search engines. Our web sites channel the leads into a central database that filters and sort the leads based on the criteria that you pick. Prospective borrowers visit one of our various web sites and fill out a request for a loan quote. The lead is then sent in a matter of seconds to a maximum of three brokers. The leads are delivered to you in real time as consumers fill out the loan quote request forms. Leads not sent out instantly are available for downloading in our existing leads database. Pick The Leads Based On Your Criteria

To maximize the value of the leads that you purchase, you have the option of setting the criteria of the leads that interest you. The basic filters that you can choose from are the following:

1. The State
2. The Type of Credit Rating
3. The House Types
4. The type of loan the consumer is interested in

The additional filters you can use are the following:

1. Exclusive or Non-exclusive
2. Property Value
3. Requested Loan Amount
4. Loan to Value
5. Rate of First Mortgage

Options On How You Want The Leads Delivered

With ApprovedLeads.com, you have the choice of having the leads delivered to you either by fax or e-mail. If you opted for e-mail, the leads can be sent to by Word (RTF) or by Excel.

Lead Return Policy

Returning leads is a simple straight forward process. Once you are logged in, go to Manage My Leads. Find the lead in question, click on the box next to it. Then click on Dispute Lead(s) and fill in the request for the reason why the lead is not valid. Your account will be credited within 48 hours if one of the following conditions applies:

· Non-Valid Contact Name
· Non-Valid Phone Number
· Non-Valid Address
