Our leads are generated from different internet advertising
sources that includes affiliates, banner ads, email, pay per
click and search engines. Our web sites channel the leads
into a central database that filters and sort the leads based
on the criteria that you pick.
Question: How do I open my account so I can get my
leads?
You first add money to your account via a credit card, check
or draft. The initial payment is a minimum of $250.00 to open
your account. If it is a check or draft, you mail it to:

Question: Are the leads real time?
Our network of web sites steadily send real time loan requests
to our database. Filters are then applied based on the criteria
that you have chosen and then delivered to you the next business
morning.
Question: Can I choose leads using a zip code criteria?
No, you can purchase on the following basic criteria: 1.
The State 2. The Type of Credit Rating 3. The House Types
4. The type of loan the consumer is interested in
Question: How many times are the leads sold?
A maximum of three times, once a lead has been distributed
4 times it will no longer appear in the
database any more. Exclusive leads are
sold once only.
Question: What is the minimum dollar amount I can
credit to my account?
$250.00 for the first installment, and $250.00 for subsequent installments.
Question: How do I get delivery of leads?
You have the choice of having the leads delivered to you either
by fax or e-mail.
If you opted for e-mail, the leads can be sent to by Word (RTF)
or by Excel.
Question: What is your leads return policy?
Our corporate mission is to provide you
with quality leads. We provide you the
option to dispute leads if we are notified
within 3 business days and one of the
following conditions applies:
Non-Valid Contact Name
Non-Valid Phone Number
Non-Valid Address
The dollar amount will be credited back
to your account within 48 hours of notification
once we determined the non-validity of
the lead.

We hold the right to modify these rules
at any time and without notice. In order
to avoid abuse of this privilege, we monitor
the ratio of returns to purchases.
Question: How do I
dispute my leads?
Disputing leads is a simple straight forward
process. Once you are logged in, go to
Manage My Leads. Find the lead in question,
click on the box next to it. Then click
on Dispute Lead(s) and select the reason
why the lead is not valid. Click Dispute
Leads to submit. We must be notified within
3 business days of purchasing your leads
and if one of the following conditions
applies:
Non-Valid Contact Name
Non-Valid Phone Number
Non-Valid Address
The dollar amount will be credited back
to your account within 48 hours of notification
once we determined the non-validity of
the lead.
